About My Dance Dietitian
MyDanceDietitian is the UK’s specialist dance nutrition service, founded by Sarah Smales, a Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist and former professional dancer.
Combining expertise in performance nutrition, eating disorder-informed practice and dancer health, Sarah brings together clinical experience and an understanding of the unique demands of dance training. She works with dancers and dance organisations to make nutrition practical, accessible and empowering, helping dancers fuel with confidence and build habits that support both performance and long-term wellbeing.
